When employing consultants, we believe that many organisations want value for money advice from an ‘expert’ resource who also empowers employees to develop their own expertise.

We specialise in business development, marketing and communications, and have the change management skills to ensure these competencies then become embedded in your business.

Steve Morley

Steve has a unique range of knowledge and experience gleaned from working for 25 years in both charities and private sector organisations. This experience is combined with tried and tested management and leadership theories. Steve has consulted into public and private sector organisations, including Audi UK, the Port of Felixstowe, Peel Ports – Liverpool, Capita, Jamie’s Italian, HMRC, DWP, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, and The Office For National Statistics. He has worked as a consultant with major charities including the Salvation Army, RNID, RNIB, Scope, Macmillan Cancer Support and Age Concern. Steve is a specialist in change management, and has delivered internal change in departments as diverse as Operations, Strategy, Marketing and Finance. He enjoys working with people, and working out what really makes organisations tick.

Steve began post university life as a volunteer campaigner for Oxfam, working on issues such as Fairtrade, landmines awareness, and aid, trade and debt. With a passion to make a difference, he moved on to campaigning and fundraising for Save the Children, before spending five years as a Communications Manager for the British Red Cross. However, Steve questioned the difference he was really making working for just one organisation, a feeling which intensified as he completed an MBA with Merit at the Open University. He decided to work for a London based Strategy House for two years, building up his consulting skills and gaining experience, before establishing Sango Consulting in 2006.

Change Management and Programme management theory gleaned from an MBA with Merit, specialising in Strategy, Knowledge Management, Creativity, Innovation and Change, and International Enterprises.
