Client Objectives:

Raise income by rationalising the property platform, and minimise the organisational impact of selling 40% of the Society’s 1,100 properties.

 

Outcomes:

Steve Morley facilitated the discussions between a strategy consultancy and the property team, Change Manager on £multi-million change programme. Overall, the programme exceeded income targets from property sales, set by the Board, by 100% at £20 million. Seconded by Finance Director for proven management, change and communication skills, Steve Morley led a UK-wide communications programme, successfully explaining emotive changes in the property portfolio to 50,000 UK wide volunteers. Reported to SMT and Trustees.
