Sango Consultancy has created successful real estate strategy programmes in major UK charities.

At Macmillan Cancer Support this included consultation across the organisation to create a new Property Road Map.

This Road Map has been implemented over the last three years, and by the end of 2012 will result in a reduction in office usage and costs of circa 75%.

At Macmillan Cancer Support, Sango was bought in to develop an organisation wide property strategy. A three month consultancy period resulted in a strategy being presented to the Macmillan Senior Management Team and Trustees.

The strategy was signed off, and Sango brought in a Property Director to oversee the Strategy. This included a successful renegotiation and refurbishment of their 30,000 sq ft Head Office.
