We have a wide experience in helping organisations to develop their organisational strategies.

We glean relevant data, information and knowledge through a variety of discovery techniques, including semi-structured one to one interviews, Focus Groups, E-Surveys, desk research, and group facilitation. These techniques have been developed over a number of years with diverse organisational cultures. We will then often pull together the strategy for presentation to Senior Management and / or Trustees.

Successful strategic directions have been created for among others, Macmillan Cancer Support and Sightsavers International.
