NORCAS, an addiction recovery charity in Norfolk and Suffolk, was facing a new tendering environment, and was historically reliant on statutory grants.

Steve Morley was asked to help the senior management team to devise and deliver a new two year strategy.

Reduce high reliance on statutory funding, through developing other income streams, and become more strategically focused.

Outcomes

Two Strategy Workshops were held to create and refine the new strategy. This was then signed off by the Board of Trustees and implemented.
